After nearly 2 1/2 years, today is my last day working with InStride. When I started with this amazing company, we were still in the heart of the pandemic and InStride trusted me to do what I love - build and scale the #customersuccess team, process and technology to engage our SMB to #enterprise corporate partners.

While we are already deep into Q1 - taking a quick moment to reflect on the team's amazing work from 2H 2022 and share a few #KPIs my colleagues in #customersuccess and #leadership may appreciate:

First flight in 16 months---->headed to meet the amazing team at InStride for the first time...even though we've been working together for 6 months!!
