February 22nd? While we are already deep into Q1 -  taking a quick moment to reflect on the team's amazing work from 2H 2022 and share a few #KPIs my colleagues in #customersuccess and #leadership may appreciate: #NPS for our corporate partner clients in 2022 landed at +81 (up from 70 in 2021, and 42 in 2020) w/ a 33% response rate We drove #NRR of 141% through close partnership with clients and other InStride teams to deliver additional strategic value #Timetovalue? InStride launched a massive Strategic Enterprise Education program for 3,000 Amazon DSPs and their 175,000 employees in 90 days from signature to live - thanks to so many, especially leaders Daniel J. Altobello, Lisa-Anne Ferris, Ph.D. and we stood-up a robust live support function + user engagement campaign in the same time Maryam Sohraby Courtney Picciolo Behrens Truly outstanding work by the #team, couldn't be more grateful for the effort + accomplishments from all, especially our strategic CSMs Alan Schaffer, MBA Anthony R. Uschold, Delil Martinez, Jamie Moon Ni, Karina Allen, Maddie Keating, Ryan Mulholland already doing it again for #2023goals
