Thoughts from Pismo Beach on New Year’s morning!
I’m a big fan of reflection on the previous year, and establishing a few resolutions. Some prefer to call them “themes” so the concept has a little more lasting power- which I’m OK with as well.
#1 for me is spending a bit more time with my team in the field, and in the thriving Customer Success community.
While I appreciate the importance of leadership meetings, I truly find so much energy in being with customers, and passionate customer success professionals like you!
